Are you interested in a career in Construction and the Building Trades?
ABC Illinois’ Community Builders Program along with Illinois Works’ offers a FREE Pre-apprenticeship program that can prepare you to successfully transition to a Department of Labor registered apprenticeship in the trades!
Who should apply? Individuals within a 50 mile radius to Champaign, IL are welcome with an emphasis on women, people of color & veterans.
Eligibility Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma/GED/HiSET
Illinois Resident
Program offers:
Classroom Instruction
Wrap-Around Services
Student Support Services
Stipends
Industry Recognized Certifications (NCCER, OSHA, First Aid/CPR)
